Please allow extra time for your order to be delivered during this time. If your tracking has not been updated for a few days and you have concerns about your order please contact NZ Post directly and they will be able to assist you further.

When will my order be dispatched?
All orders need at least 24hrs to be processed sometimes up to 48hrs during busy periods. Processing means we are getting your order ready to be dispatched. Orders are processed Monday-Friday. No orders are processed Weekends or Public holidays. Orders placed on these days will be processed the following business day. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive shipping confirmation via email.

How long will my order take once dispatched?
Once you have received a shipping confirmation via email your order should arrive as below:
ParcelPost Tracked orders are estimated to arrive within 3-5 business days.
Courier orders are estimated to arrive within 1-2 business days.
Courier & Signature orders are estimated to arrive within 1-2 business days.
Rural tracked orders are estimated to arrive within 3-5 business days.
Rural courier orders are estimated to arrive within 1-2 business days.
Please understand these are the estimated delivery times from NZ Post and if there are any delays you will need to contact Courier Post directly.

Can I cancel my order?
Please contact us ASAP if you would like to cancel your order. Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours.

How long do International orders take?
International Courier is estimated to take 2-7 business days. Please allow extra time during Covid-19 and busy times like Public holidays etc. keep in mind these are estimated delivery times from NZ Post. We do not control delivery times and are not responsible for any delays or lost, stolen, damaged packages.

What if my order arrives incorrect or products are faulty?
Please email us with your full details, order number and photos within 48 hours upon receiving your order and we will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

What if my order is lost or damaged during shipping?
Please contact Courier Post directly and provide them with your full details and tracking number ASAP and they will be able to assist you further. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged packages.

What if I put the wrong address on my order?
Please double check your address and details before you place an order because once it has been shipped and delivered there is nothing we can do.

Can I pay by bank transfer?
Yes, NZ residents can pay by bank transfer. Our bank details are displayed at checkout. You MUST complete this payment off the website as it is not an automatic payment. We cannot hold items so if payment is not made within 48hrs your order will be cancelled and item/s will be restocked.

Do the lashes come with lash glue?
No, lash glue will need to be purchased separately. Please check our website for our very own lash glue :)

Are Eye Kandy lashes cruelty-free? 
Yes, our lashes are made from silk or faux mink. No real mink fur will ever be used in creating our lashes.
